On "La route des Fromages de Savoie", a leisurely walk with a slight difference in altitude, at a pace suitable for children and families.
Discover mountain agriculture along the way, the flora and herbs, and the landscape shaped by man.
The traditional principles of agropastoralism, a living heritage that's still relevant today, enable us to produce Beaufort cheese using innovative techniques, this treasure of the mountain pastures, which we'll enjoy fondued with Savoy white wine.
The environment, the cowbells and bells, a stream, the pure air, the space and the silence are all conducive to letting go and appreciating the fine flavors of fondue at 2000 m altitude.
