Live to the rhythm of the vine and discover how Véronique Antoine prunes her vines. A precise and sure gesture that conditions the future harvest. Véronique will explain that each grape variety, each region, requires a different pruning method. Then it's time to join her cellar to talk winemaking (ancestral method) and enjoy an enlightened tasting. Reservations required.
Please note: the pruning demonstration will take place in the vineyard, but the method can also be explained indoors, weather permitting.
Saturday 1st of March 2025 between 2.30 pm and 4.30 pm.
Meet 10 minutes before
Dress comfortably for the vineyards, weather permitting.
Adult: 5.50 €.
Reservations only online or at the Tourist Office counter.
