Description

You can take a self-guided tour of the olive grove. The tour will show you how the tree of life managed to establish itself and survive as far north as the Ardèche. You'll be able to understand the main features of the landscape (geography and history).

- The main principles of organic arboriculture
- The annual stages in tree cultivation (pruning, harvesting)
The history of the centuries-old olive grove you will walk through.
