Elodie, Nicolas and their team welcome you to their beekeeping operation in an imposing stone farmhouse, immersed in the heart of nature and close to the Gorges de l'Ardèche nature reserve.
In their honey house, you'll discover how the honey is extracted, the frames of honey are uncapped, the frames pass through the extractor, the beeswax is centrifuged, the honey is filtered and decanted...
