Visit and wine tasting

Located on the heights of Liergues, a typical southern Beaujolais village built with golden stones, Château de l'Eclair covers 20 hectares, mainly around the estate, but also in the Beaujolais-Villages appellation and in the heart of Cru Chénas.

During your visit of the estate, you'll have the opportunity to discover the history of the site and its emblematic owners, as well as our cuvage and an adjoining plot of vines.
Throughout the visit, your host will introduce you to the grape varieties vinified on the estate, as well as the winemaking and ageing methods used.

The tour concludes with a tasting of 3 cuvées in the "Salle des Foudres", an emblematic area of the estate steeped in history. During this tasting, we invite you to (re)discover some Beaujolais terroirs and atypical grape varieties.

From 28/02 to 30/11/2025
on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday between 9 am and 5 pm.
Saturday and Sunday by reservation 48 hours in advance.
