Valdie Campsite

route d'Ausson

Description

A relaxed campsite with a unique concept.
A place to relax, meet others and spend a special holiday at 400m of altitude.
A peaceful and quiet environment, free of cars with a car park at the entrance to leave your vehicle: here what matters is space, quietness and the safety of your children. We provide a cart to carry your luggage to your accommodation.
You will not find a restaurant on the premises but you can order food from one of the many take-aways available in Die.
There is a huge playing field free of campers. You will be comfortably accommodated close to sanitary blocks and the river…far from mass tourism.
Our cabins, set in a uniquely beautiful and peaceful environment, are an invitation to enjoy a holiday in harmony with nature.
A wood cabin for the kitchen and a dining room and a separate sleep-in cabin awaits you.
The lovers cabin, the family cabin, the large family cabin, the gypsy caravan for 4, each accommodation is unique and you are bound to find the right one for you. You could even choose a cabin for the adults and one for the children, with real mattresses and comfortable mattress protectors, with polyester on one side and washed at 90c before you arrive.
Some of our cabins have kitchen with cutlery, others are sleep-in cabins. Please bring your own cooking material. You will find solar-powered lighting and other cabins have electricity. But you are advised to bring your own lighting source or torch.
At Valdie campsite we pride ourselves on offering a wide range of accommodation with the best value for money. Various levels of comfort are available depending on the accommodation. We have carefully designed a simple offer in harmony with nature. It’s up to you to make the most of it!
You will find sanitary blocks near the cabins. They are functional with hot water at all time.
We take care of the cleaning and ensure our precious resources such as water and electricity are respected. Toilet paper is provided.
A 100m² roofed space and a band stand are available to spend time with other families.
On your pitch you can put up a hammock, a hanging chair or a deck chair…
A fire hole is available to get together around a camp fire while playing guitar…It is close to the wooden marquee where you can lounge on your own or with others.
