The artisanal Val Roubion nougat factory has always been run by passionate gourmets always in search of excellence. Maison Val Roubion prepares its nougats according to well-kept recipes but which owe their finesse and their uniqueness both to traditional manufacturing techniques and to the methodical choice of the ingredients used.
For all these years, a privileged relationship has been forged with our suppliers and producers of raw materials, whether for almonds, pistachios, honey or even vanilla pods.
NEW: from May 8, 2023, in our new tasting room, we will have the pleasure of making you discover and savor - in food and wine pairing - 3 of our soft nougats: our Montélimar nougat, our "cooked Adhémar" nougat ", our "Emperor cooked" nougat and our famous black nougat; Finally, our heart of nougat chocolates will be offered to you with our truffles and our specialties dark chocolate, dark chocolate coffee, milk chocolate and orange milk chocolate.
