The artisanal Val Roubion nougat factory has always been run by passionate gourmets always in search of excellence. Maison Val Roubion prepares its nougats according to well-kept recipes but which owe their finesse and their uniqueness both to traditional manufacturing techniques and to the methodical choice of the ingredients used.
For all these years, a privileged relationship has been forged with our suppliers and producers of raw materials, whether for almonds, pistachios, honey or even vanilla pods.
In our new tasting room, we will have the pleasure of making you discover and savor - in food and wine pairing - 3 of our soft nougats: our Montélimar nougat, our "cooked Adhémar" nougat ", our "Emperor cooked" nougat and our famous black nougat; Finally, our heart of nougat chocolates will be offered to you with our truffles and our specialties dark chocolate, dark chocolate coffee, milk chocolate and orange milk chocolate.
