Description

Runners for whom 10 km is a great distance will find an original course with just the right amount of elevation gain to make it a rolling, hilly trail. This distance is open to those over 16. The 31 km Crêtes trail, with its 1,800 meters of ascent, will delight fans of long, technical trails, with a breathtaking view of both the Alps and the Jura. For those curious enough to discover the village of Thoiry with family or friends, there's the 11.5 km untimed hike between Thoiry and the Tiocan, with a 500 m ascent and full refreshments at the Tiocan.
And youth races for 7 to 15 year-olds:
U10 (children born in 2016-2018): 750 m
U12 (children born in 2014-2015): 1.5 km
U14 (children born in 2012-2013): 2.5 km
U16 (children born in 2010-2011): 2.5 km
The Trail du Reculet is the ideal and essential way to prepare for summer. It's an event that rhymes with conviviality and challenge. The organizers are doing their utmost to offer a warm and friendly welcome to all runners and walkers, as well as to their families and friends, who will find everything they need to eat and keep their children occupied at the finish village in the new Thoiry village hall.
