Our many services contribute to the well-being of our visitors: centralized Tax refund, personal Shopper, butler, top of the line pass, photo shooting, alterations and tailoring.. as well a VIP lounge and Baccarat Lounge for relaxing during your stay.

Free shuttle every Saturday and Sunday until 8 September 2024 to The Village. Departs from Quai Jules Courmont opposite the Hôtel Intercontinental (Lyon 2nd).

All year round between 10 am and 7 pm.
Closed exceptionally on January 1st and December 25th.
*Until August 1st, 2023 shops are open until 8 p.m.
* Open on several Sundays = September 10 / November 5 and 28 / December 3, 10 and 17, 2023.
