- cold meats: plain, smoked or beaufort diots, cured ham, pork/beef dried meat.
- Savoy wines, crozets (small pasta), honeys, sweet and savoury biscuits, jams, genepi...

You can visit the Beaufort cheese-making and maturing cellars in Moûtiers from Monday to Friday. Saturdays also in tourist season (July and August and winter season).
Reservations required on 04 79 24 03 65. Free visit, booking required.
