Sport canyon - Ben Aven Tour

A day trip accessible from 14 years old. Explore the entire Haut Chassezac canyon. Walking, swimming, jumps (up to 8m), natural slides, abseiling will punctuate our sporty and friendly day in a breathtaking setting (jumps not compulsory).

Useful information:
- difficulty: athletic.
- approach / return walk: 25 mins / 1 hour
- to be provided: a bottle of water per person, picnic (sandwiches, cereal bars, etc.), swimsuit, sports shoes, cord for glasses
- equipment provided: shoes from size 35, neoprene wetsuit, neoprene sock, helmet, harness, descender, waterproof container, carrying bag
- transport by minibus possible.

Your Benito guide is also a support for other sports activities such as caving, the via corda de Casteljau and the via ferrata of Lac de Villefort, aquatic hiking, climbing and canoe!
