About me:
Born in Chambéry, I lived in the resort of Saint François Longchamp on the road to the Col de la Madeleine and in the town of La Chambre, in the Maurienne valley. I was introduced to the mountains at a very early age, and I still take great pleasure in practicing them and sharing them with others. As a result, I'm a ski instructor and a mid-mountain guide, activities that I carry out in both winter and summer. I'm also a keen mountain trail runner and triathlete, very demanding disciplines which have led me to invest in gentle practices designed to improve performance and help you "feel good": sophrology and relaxing massages.

Member of the FFMBE / Fédération Française de Massage Bien-être.
