Sport and well-being in the mountains

I'm originally from the Saint-François Longchamp ski resort. I was introduced to the mountains at a very early age, and have always taken great pleasure in practising them and sharing my passion with others. I enjoy downhill skiing, ski touring, hiking, mountain trails, mountain road biking and triathlons; disciplines that are very demanding and that have led me to invest in practices that are all clean, improve performance and help you feel good.
