Description

Let us surprise you with an original and unique collection of over 900 items: chimes, music boxes, street, dance and merry-go-round organs, mechanical pianos, accordions and automatic violins, orchestrions, phonographs and gramophones, automata and animated scenes, presented in the context of their era in the different rooms of the 1500 m² museum.
Our lively tours will amaze your eyes and ears.
The tour ends on the carrousel, a wooden horse carousel dating from 1871, to the sound of its Limonaire organ!

Detailed program:
Morning
- guided tour of the museum,
- start-up and listening to instruments: ballroom organs, dance organs, mechanical pianos, music boxes, orchestras, etc.
- discover how instruments work in the educational area,
- exhibition of automata.

Lunch
- picnic to bring in your backpack

Afternoon
- Wooden horse riding arena: the oldest in France. Explanations of its construction, history, renovation and rides to the sound of the Limonaire organ.
