Alpine skiing in Le Grand Bornand

Description

This winter, opt for a snow class! Head for the summits of Le Grand-Bornand to introduce your pupils to the joys of skiing! Our ski instructors will be delighted to introduce them to downhill skiing and show them around this renowned family ski area.

Alpine skiing is a fun way for your students to improve their technique while discovering a totally different environment. Supervision will be provided by state-certified instructors from the French Ski School or the International Ski School.

OVAL guarantees quality ski equipment and helmets for all children.

Complementary activities will be offered to extend the experience: snowshoe outings, snow games, tobogganing, a visit to the wood and forest eco-museum, a visit to a farm producing Reblochon cheese, the Maison du Patrimoine in Grand-Bornand...

Our program is in line with school curricula:
> Balanced sliding: accepting the line of the slope, stabilizing, gaining speed.
> Change direction: develop pivoting motor actions, manage trajectories, use directional effects, vary support.
> Coordinate and synchronize: dissociate upper and lower body actions, develop leg independence, link motor actions.

Compris : - Full board for 5 days (4 nights), from lunch on the day of arrival (or from snack or dinner depending on arrival time) to snack on the day of departure,
- 2 activity leaders per class (from 20 pupils per class),
- full bedding,
- the activities described in the program (including equipment and ski pass), as well as all related travel,
- sports balls, outdoor games, board games and books/BDs,
- entertainment during daily activities and evening events.
(Price calculated on the basis of a stay for two classes: 50 pupils + 2 teachers).

Non compris : - return trip to the center,
- medical expenses and first-aid kits,
- teachers' personal travel during the stay,
