ENCADREMENT DES SORTIES PAR LUCIE BIDAULT (Rando Montagne) :
Accompagnatrice diplômée, vainqueur du trail du Galibier en 2016, 2019 et troisième en 2017.
Ces sorties vous permettront de vous acclimater à l'altitude et de reconnaitre les parcours
avec les conseils avisés d'une lauréate du trail du Galibier.
ANIMATION DES ATELIERS BIEN-ÊTRE ET CONFÉRENCES PAR :
MARINE (Ostéopathe Valmeinier), SYLVIE (Holistory), CÉCILE (Danse Biodynamique),
ERWAN MERENDET (coach et prépa mentale).

Verticale de la Brive
€10 until 4 August 2019, registration on day of race possible - €15.

Trail du Lac Vert and Nordique du Lac Vert
€15 until midnight on 16 June 2019, €20 until 4 August 2019, and €25 until midnight on the eve of the race..

Trail du Thabor
€30 until 16 June 2019, then €35 until midnight on 4 August and €40 until midnight on the eve of the race.

Trail du Galibier Thabor
(2 days, entry fee for 2 people) €145 for the first 5 teams to register, €195 until 16 June 2019, then €245 until midnight on the eve of the race.
Overnight at Les Rochilles in bivouac with the support of the Légion.
