Saint-Julien church

Description

It used to be a higher tower, but the locals didn't favour it at the time, and tried their best to knock it down. However it was given a new lease of life when the adjacent church was built, with the dungeon tower going back to the 12th and 13th c.. It is round on the exterior but of an hexagonal shape inside. It was surrounded by a moat and a wall, and some evidence is found near the Romanesque style portal.
