Arnaud, the Chef, was trained with Emmanuel Renaut at the Flocons de Sel in Megeve, he continued his training with Massahiro Morishige in Tokyo and Pierre Gagnaire in Paris.
Marie, sommelier, also started at Flocons de Sel. She learned the trade from David Biraud, Chef Sommelier, with whom she worked at the Crillon and then at the Mandarin Oriental in Paris.
From 01/01 to 31/12
Opening hours on Monday, Thursday and Sunday between 9 am and 7 pm. On Friday and Saturday between 9 am and 10 pm.
Closed Tuesday and Wednesday.
