Arnaud, the Chef, was trained with Emmanuel Renaut at the Flocons de Sel in Megeve, he continued his training with Massahiro Morishige in Tokyo and Pierre Gagnaire in Paris.

Everything here is home-made, and we give priority to local producers, organic produce and short distribution channels. We compost all our green waste and have set up a deposit system for takeaway dishes.

Opening hours on Monday, Thursday and Sunday between 9 am and 7 pm. On Friday and Saturday between 9 am and 10 pm.
Closed Tuesday and Wednesday.
