In the center of the village of Simandre-sur-Suran in the Ain region, in the heart of the Revermont and bordering the Jura, the Hôtel Tissot and its team welcome you for a simple meal or a menu of traditional regional dishes.

Our chef offers simple, traditional, home-cooked cuisine using fresh produce. From trout and frogs to ice creams, desserts and other fresh dishes. Come and enjoy his specialties on the shady, flower-filled terrace in summer, or in the restaurant's large dining room.
