In the benevolent shade of the century-old lime trees on the terrace, or in the elegant dining room with its panoramic view of Mont Ventoux, you're invited to sample the Chef's delicious cuisine. Christophe Auguste continues the family culinary tradition. The restaurant's name pays homage to his predecessors.
Just like his forebears, farmers and winegrowers, Christophe is very attached to rural life and the generous terroir of his region.
