This place has been dedicated to wines by its decoration and by its beautiful wine list from France and abroad.

Some specialities of the house:
- Veal sweetbreads with morels in a casserole
- Frog with garlic and parsley and butter from the Valromey dairy
- Beef tartar cut with a knife

Closed for annual holidays from 24 December to 7 January, from 15 to 24 April and for 2 weeks at the end of August and beginning of September.
