Description

At the heart of our concerns is the product, which we carefully select for its quality and local origin.
For example, we give preference to local breeders whose practices are as environmentally-friendly as possible, and who raise their animals in the wild. Our "au naturel" kitchen garden provides us with herbs and certain vegetables that we have chosen for their taste or originality. Beautiful products that also make up our vegetarian and vegan offer. Our green waste from the park and the kitchen is reprocessed in our composters, so we garden using compost, mulch and plant combinations.

To accompany your meal in style, we offer a carefully selected wine list. We are trained in oenology and can guide you through the many references in our beautiful cellar: wines from the Ardèche, the Rhône Valley and the South, as well as a surprising range of Italian wines.
We also make our own ice creams to the Italian standard.

Weddings, family parties, groups, etc.
