Adrien Lavorel and Enzo Duchesne decided to renovate an old village restaurant. At the heart of the project is the desire to bring people closer to the living world and to introduce them to a cuisine that respects the environment and the land. The menu is inspired by plants and is built around the seasons, inexhaustible sources of creative energy for the chef. Favouring raw produce, he creates dishes that echo nature.

Every day throughout the year. Closed Monday and Sunday. Lunch on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday Lunch service from 12:15 to 13:30 Dinner from Tuesday to Saturday Dinner service from 19:30 to 21:00.
