At our micro-farm, the menus (dishes cooked over a traditional wood fire) are based on our own produce, our own picking and products from responsible producers. It's a step-by-step journey into our world, evolving with each service and served in 6 successive plates (single menu at €45). This restaurant project has been 10 years in the making, with the aim of combining nature, conviviality and the pleasures of the table.
