We offer an authentic, generous and simple cuisine with produce carefully selected according to the season from the best producers in the region and the Halles de Lyon-Paul Bocuse.
Breakfast service starts at 6.30 am, with bread and Viennese pastries straight out of the oven. Your eggs are prepared in front of you. Our selections of Dilmah teas, Malongo coffees, Milliat fruit juices and Mère Richard yoghourts and cheeses will give you your first smile of the day.
When choosing something to eat, create the meal that matches your mood, by dipping into the menu and picking out whatever takes your fancy. Our restaurant "Côté Cuisine" is open for lunch from 12 pm to 2 pm and for dinner from 7 pm to 10 pm. The restaurant is closed on Sundays and Mondays.
For a light lunch, a traditional snack or when you're feeling peckish in the evening, choose from the sweets, delicacies and savoury suggestions offered, created and produced by the chefs and students from the Paul Bocuse Institute.
Take your seat in our Salon Côté Bellecour to finish the day with some music, and sample the wines and alcoholic beverages of the region with a view of one of the most beautiful squares in France.

Opening hours on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday between 12 pm and 1 pm and between 7.30 pm and 9 pm.
Closed exceptionally on January 1st, May 1st and December 25th.
