Refuge d'Avérole (FFCAM)

Ideal refuge for families: easy access in summer, family dormitories, adapted rates.
A family room with double beds for parents, "hut" beds for children (up to 8 people). Baby bed, changing table, high chair, children's books, colouring books, games room, library...

Refuge on the following GR route : Country of Haute Maurienne
Summits: Pointe de Charbonnel - Albaron - Bessanese - L'Ouille d'Arbéron - Pointe Marie.
Day hikes : Shepherds' Hut - Lake Arnès - Lake Arbéron - Lake Pareis.
Hiking over several days: Tour de la Bessanèse, a 3-night and 4-day French/Italian tour for experienced hikers. Documentation "Tour de la Bessanèse" sold at the refuge 3 euros

Sensitive to our environment, we have chosen to favour local, fair-trade and organic products and remain attentive to the ecological management of our refuge.

Drinks, snacks and food based on local and organic products are served on the panoramic terrace!

From 08/03 to 12/05, daily.

From 15/06 to 15/09, daily.

From 16/09 to 03/03, daily.
Open and unguarded winter refuge.

Night: 11.50 to 23 €
Child rate per night (8-17 years): 12.65 to 18.40 € (Young people 8/18 years old accompanied by an adult.)
CAF member rate per night: 5.75 to 11.50 € (child 8 to 24 years old / adult.)
Breakfast: from 10 €
Picnic to take away: from 10 €
Dinner: from 23 €.

Free entry for children < 8 years.
Group rate available for > 9 people.

Outside the period of custody, a single rate of 10 € to be paid in the trunk or by cheque to the CAF de Lyon.
