For 7 days, you'll share an eloquent experience, respecting each other in a safe and secure environment. The combination of yoga, meditation and mindful walking nourishes body and mind on many levels. A varied and attractive program of relaxation and full awareness of yourself and your environment. A week just for you, without worrying about anything other than your well-being... Arrival the evening before. Dinner and overnight stay at the refuge-gîte in order to be on site the following morning. Return on Saturday 7 morning, unless you have special obligations. This stay is offered "à la carte", the days being independent of each other, you can choose to come at your convenience during this week: 1, 2 days...
