Description

Our family home is spacious, bright and comfortable, with air-conditioned bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms and WCs. The double bedroom with terrace is on the 1st floor and the family suite is on the second floor.
This villa is located in the centre of Annecy. The lake, old town and station are all within walking distance, and buses 2, 9, 10 and 4 are 100 m away.
We offer breakfasts with our homemade jams. Table d'hôtes is available in the evenings on reservation (subject to sanitary conditions) and the kitchen can be made available on request.
You can use our garden and private enclosed car park (cars, motorbikes), and we can provide bicycles.

We apply a sliding scale of charges for stays of 7 days or more, and, for greater conviviality, we give priority to booking requests for stays of 3 or 4 days at least, and will no longer consider requests for stays of one night only, except in exceptional circumstances.

We welcome you from May to the end of September, as well as during school holidays and local events. The house is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. We can give our guests the benefit of our good knowledge of Annecy, in French of course, but also in English and a little German.

Sustainable tourism

We encourage our guests to sort their waste and promote the quality of mains water rather than drinking bottled water.
We consume as many local and home-made products as possible, we compost our green waste, and our flowering fallow land encourages biodiversity.

Jacques (a native Annecyan) and Micheline were teachers in a previous life and are (for more than a dozen years now...) always delighted to welcome you and to share with you in all simplicity the good knowledge they have, as members of the Société des Amis du Vieil Annecy, of the historical heritage and traditions of Annecy.
