Perched at an altitude of 1700 m in the resort of Flaine, the Les Terrasses d'Hélios premium residence offers panoramic views of the Grand Massif. Set right at the foot of the slopes, it offers a ski-in/ski-out departure point so you can hit the slopes without missing a beat.

After a day on the slopes, a magnificent Deep Nature® spa offers exceptional treatments. With your mind free and your body relaxed, you can also take a dip in the heated indoor pool or relax in the outdoor whirlpool, which is open to all.

The spacious, bright, wood-panelled flats are real cocoons of well-being, combining authentic style with technological equipment. They all have a balcony or terrace so you can enjoy the splendid panoramic views. Some have a fireplace. Nothing beats the pleasure of watching the flames dance and hearing the logs crackle in the peace and quiet of an evening in the mountains. All that's missing is a nice steaming chocolate...

Good to know: the residence also has a mini-market, a ski equipment shop (Skishop Hélios) and free shuttle buses to the resort centre.
