Description

This day is all about cultivating this connection, observing details to discover fabulous worlds, smelling and feeling, tasting, imagining, creating, confronting the living and the living, to joyfully awaken the still yet powerful energy of wonder.

9:30 am: welcome at the Saint François de Sales cross-country ski center parking lot

Sensory walk punctuated by activities on sounds, observation of the "very young", textures...

This walk will involve moving off-trail, paying attention to the various elements that make up the forest and trying to come up with answers to the curiosities encountered.

12pm: picnic

1:15pm: We'll continue to create and tell stories, with time devoted to landscapes, the bigger picture and further afield, as well as moments of land art and bodily expression, always inspired by the beautiful gifts nature has to offer.

3.45pm: departure
