Pardon et Fils

Beaujeu

Description

Domaine Pardon & Fils, which owns vineyards in the Beaujolais region, has been passed down from father to son since 1820.
The passion for vines and wine has been passed down from father to son, always with the same exacting standards and respect for the terroir to guarantee authentic quality wines.
Today, Jean-Marc and Eric Pardon carry on the tradition, offering a fine range of carefully selected Beaujolais vintages.
Our philosophy:
To satisfy our customers by offering a range of quality wines, at a fair price and with the greatest respect for the environment.
With regard to our farming methods, our estate has been awarded HVE 3 certification since 2019.
We favour grass cover in our plots, and all vineyard work and harvesting is done by hand.
Our vines are over 80 years old.
For the vinification, we use semi-carbonic vinification, which we believe is best suited to the Gamay grape variety and our terroir.
All these techniques and know-how enable us to produce fine, elegant wines that are typical of each appellation.
