A few minutes from Annecy, in a quiet residential area, Brice and Fanny with their 2 young boys Tom and Léo welcome you to their perfectly furnished house to allow you to enjoy all the amenities of a modern and comfortable guest house . 3 carefully decorated rooms that will take you on a journey to the Seychelles, Africa or Scandinavia.
Private bathrooms in each guest room. Bedroom 1 and 2 for 2 people, bedroom 3 for up to 4 people (composed of two independent/connecting bedrooms and a bathroom).
Games/reading area with armchairs/storage for private use by guests located between the rooms. Common living room on the ground floor with shared television, large sofa and wood stove, terrace with garden offering multiple spaces accessible depending on the season (table, outdoor lounge, hammock, deckchairs, barbecue, etc.).
Breakfasts will be served on the terrace or in the dining room on the ground floor of the house. Available: kettle/courtesy tray in each room, coffee maker on the ground floor, microwave (owners' kitchen). Possibility of washing machine and dryer. Independent access via entrance hall also including WC. Pets accepted (additional charge). Baby equipment, pétanque games, bowling… available on request. Parking directly in front of the house. Garage available for bicycles/motorcycles.
Table d'hôtes: €28/adult (€14 from 8 to 14 years old and €10 from 3 to 8 years old).
A reservation for 2 is possible in the family room at the price of a single room if the other rooms are already rented (provision of room 1 of 19.2 m²).
Annecy center 5 km, Aix Les Bains, Lac du Bourget and thermal baths (fitness) 33 km. Semnoz ski area 20 km, Geneva 45 km.
