Description

Thanks to this camp, you'll discover how to drive a team of snow dogs! Come and join us for Nordic adventures during the Christmas, Winter or Spring vacations!

The "Nordic Adventures" program takes place over 4 days:

* 1st half-day baptism: introduction to the dogs, safety instructions, explanation of sled dog breeds...
Sitting in the sled, you'll discover the work of a dozen dogs.
* 2nd and 3rd half-day: cani rando
You'll have to manage and direct your dog under the musher's instructions. Petting session, photos...
* 4th half-day: introduction to driving a dog team
In groups of 2, with a friend, you'll have to lead a team of 3 dogs on a fun course of descents, bends and climbs. You'll also help the dogs.
Of course, you'll also benefit from the expert advice of an experienced musher.
He's the leader of the dogs, in other words, the "chief pilot of the team"!
Specific instructions for driving the sled, setting up the equipment and harnessing the dogs.

This final session will culminate in the award of a musher's diploma.

* A visit to the "Le Bois s'amuse" woodcarving workshop.

During the day's free time, you can enjoy snow games galore: tobogganing, snowball fights...
Every evening, the entertainment team also offers you a different evening: a big game, karaoke, a party, a storytelling evening...
