Multi-themed guided tour of the Grottes de St Christophe historic site.

Description

The 1h20 guided tour takes in the two Grottes de Saint-Christophe, one underground and the other on a footbridge over 20m high, a Sardinian Way, a Roman way and a historic monument erected by the Duke of Savoy Charles Emmanuel II in the 17th century.
The children's group is picked up by a guide as soon as they arrive at the site parking lot. The site's many themes will be explored: bats, the formation of caves, the story of the bandit Mandrin, jellyfish, cauliflowers and other concretions, the Romans, the path of water, the history of Savoy, etc.
Allow a 10m walk back to the parking lot.

All tours must be booked in advance, subject to availability and weather conditions.

Lunch break: 3 picnic tables are available near the reception parking lot. A
grassy esplanade located at the end of the tour (at the bottom of the Voie Sarde, 15min from the parking lot)
can be used for picnics and relaxation in fine weather.
If you have several groups of children, we can arrange two departures
