Dès sa création en 1981, l’Orchestre national Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes a affiché une volonté de rayonnement en région et à l’international. Niché au cœur du Massif central, il se distingue par la recherche d’un son, d’une force et d’un absolu de perfection qui le caractérisent depuis toujours parmi les phalanges orchestrales françaises. Construite initialement avec Jean-Jacques Kantorow, puis Arie van Beek et Roberto Forés Veses, étoffée au fil des rencontres et de riches échanges, sa signature sonore est aujourd’hui reconnaissable entre toutes.
Sous la direction de la cheffe argentine-espagnole Silvina Peruglia et accompagné du corniste Hugues Viallon, l’ONA interprétera des œuvres de Mendelssohn et Mozart dont le Concerto et le Rondo pour cor en mi bémol majeur avec Hugues Viallon.
