Mountain forest

Description

Take your class off to discover our mountain forests and enjoy authentic, unspoilt nature. Introduce your pupils to all the riches a forest has to offer, and awaken their senses and awareness in an unspoilt natural environment.

During their stay, your students will learn about the role trees play in our daily lives: providing shade and water, fertilizing the soil, providing heat, building materials, paper...
They'll observe and recognize the tree species and animals that inhabit Alpine forests.
Your students will discover the professions of the timber industry and learn about the particularities of forest management in the mountains. They'll learn about the importance of sustainable forest management and preserving the biodiversity they harbor.
Finally, your class will learn how to find their way around the forest and read the landscape: geology, evolution of the environment, impact of human activity...

Compris : - Full board for 5 days (4 nights), from lunch on the day of arrival (or from snack or dinner depending on arrival time) to snack on the day of departure,
- 2 activity leaders per class (from 20 pupils per class),
- full bedding,
- the activities listed in the program, plus travel expenses,
- sports balls, outdoor games, board games and books/BDs,
- entertainment for daily activities and evening parties.
(price calculated on the basis of a stay for two classes: 50 pupils + 2 teachers)

Non compris : - return trip to the center,
- medical expenses and first-aid kits,
- teachers' personal travel during the stay,
