Sales of pork and lamb meat in autumn on reservation only.
The animals are breeding in the respect of their natural cycle : parturition in spring and drying up in winter. They are feeding with grass, hay ans cereals. They graze 27 hectares from the shoot of the grass to the first snows.

Mélanie and Morgane met while studying agriculture in 2007. After graduating, Mélanie trained with dairy ewes in the Pyrenees, while Morgane moved to Poitou-Charentes and specialized in goats. They then worked as salaried employees for ten years on organic or extensive farms and mountain pastures, where they also made cheese. In 2015, they settled in the hamlet of Montdenis with their spouses. Today, they raise organic goats and ewes on their own account, and process all the milk into cheese. They also sell meat from their goats, ewes and lambs, and from pigs raised on whey.
