Mont-Cenis Pyramid Museum
Lanslebourg-Mont-Cenis
The Mont Cenis Pyramid, built in 1967, houses the memory of this idyllic spot. It was built to commemorate Bonaparte's Egyptian campaign. It is one of the highest museums in Europe, located at an altitude of 2,100 m, and covers many aspects of the history of this historic route, as well as local life: famous people, transport, villages and the dam that marked the history of this site.
Take the opportunity to discover the Alpine garden at the foot of the Pyramid, then climb up to the Ronce fort.
