ZigZag and Pleine Conscience Coach Sally-Anne Airey have joined forces to create a first mindful skiing event.
This day is designed to offer you a gateway to the practice of skiing or snowboarding in full awareness. You will ski fully aware of the present moment and your surroundings in the same fluid movement. You will leave behind in a cloud of snow the exterior thoughts and worries to fully enjoy each curve and appreciate every moment spent on the skis."
