The name Meillonnas immediately evokes the contours of famous earthenware. Mr. de Marron, founder of the famous earthenware factory, knew how to sublimate the village's many assets: a quality clay already widely used for pottery, abundant wood and the presence of water. The former château became a factory. Experience the history of this factory (1760-1845) with a fascinating commentary. You'll be shown objects reconstructing the whole earthenware technique, the stages of manufacture and evolution... the fabulous destiny of a plate like no other! Reservations required.
