Practitioners from the height of 1m35. - technical level required + : I know how to ride a bike in town or in the country in complete safety - physical level required + : accessible to all without restriction, except medical contraindication.
This introductory ride will allow you to feel at ease and then go on longer or more technical rides to discover the emblematic places of the Meribel valley.
Practical information : - equipment included (VAE, knee protectors) - small group outing, minimum 4/ maximum 8 - Accompaniment by a certified French Cycling Instructor - minimum height required : 1m35
