Single level access to 28 sq.m. bedroom with private facilities : 140 cm double sofa bed (high quality), table and chairs, sink, fridge and welcome tray, shower, washbasin and toilets. Underfloor + wood heating. Stone walls, polished concrete floor, wood-burning stove, antique wardrobe, bay window with direct access to terrace with jacuzzi.
