Stairs lead up to the kitchen, bright living room and toilet. Fully equipped kitchen: wine cellar, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven. Sitting area with flat-screen TV and 2-person sofa-bed.
Upstairs: 1 bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. 1 boiler room (washing machine). 1 bedroom with 1 x 2-person bed and en-suite bathroom and wc. 1 family room with 1 x 2-person bed (160) + 1 x 1-person princess bed + 1 small room with 1 x 2-person bunk bed. Plenty of storage space, spacious.
Completely renovated, very modern and well appointed.

You'll benefit from central heating, a large shared courtyard with garden furniture, a barbecue, and bed linen is provided.
