Nestled on the heights of the village of Cordon (village benefiting from a small family ski resort in winter):
Chalet of 750m2 arranged on 4 levels. All rooms have a TV, a private bathroom (shower or bath), and a toilet.
The chalet is comfortable for a capacity of 40 people, but can accommodate up to 45 people.
On the ground floor: large living room (dining area, fireplace, table football), independent professional kitchen, PRM bedroom (accessible from the balcony), ski room.
1st: 9 bedrooms for 2 to 4 people, seminar room.
2nd floor: 5 bedrooms for 2 to 5 people + a relaxation room (3 convertible sofas).
On the lower level of the chalet: wellness room (sauna). The chalet has a balcony, and a terrace area on the garden level fitted out in the spring (forest tables).
Vast land around the chalet. Children's games.
For your comfort, everything is included: sheets, towels and end-of-stay cleaning. Wi-Fi Internet. Private car park.
Supermarket in the village at 1.2km, all shops in Combloux at 4.5km.
Cordon family ski area 3.5km away (5 red runs, 3 blue, 1 green). Station of Combloux at 6km (station linked to Megève-Le Jaillet and la Giettaz).
Megève 15 minutes by car, Chamonix Mont-Blanc 40 minutes (30 km). Thermal baths of Saint-Gervais 12km. Summer swimming facing Mont-Blanc in the biotope lake of Combloux 6km away.
