Les Poulets des Templiers
Courtenay
Marine and Tony have selected Cou Nu Rouge white-legged chickens, renowned for their slow growth and the quality of their tender, flavoursome meat. They are reared over a period of 90 to 130 days, guaranteeing natural development and respect for animal welfare.
A comfortable home that respects animal welfare:
Marine and Tony have chosen to provide their poultry with an optimal living environment. Their wooden hen houses, made in France, are twice as spacious as the requirements of organic regulations. What's special about them? They're mobile! By regularly moving these buildings, the poultry always benefit from a healthy, green environment, while the soil has time to regenerate naturally.
Natural runs rich in biodiversity
Poultry are kept in the open air in vast, unspoilt areas, offering exceptional biodiversity. Centuries-old oak trees, earthworms, acorns and varied vegetation make up their environment, guaranteeing natural feed and optimum well-being. These shaded runs also protect the chickens from the heat and predators.
Poultry raised with care from day one
As soon as they are born, the chicks are placed in a chick house heated to 30°C, promoting their growth under ideal conditions. Once they are strong enough, they are moved to outdoor runs where they can enjoy their natural environment to the full.
With this respectful and committed breeding, Marine and Tony guarantee responsible production, combining animal welfare and respect for the environment.

Host portraitPassionate about nature, it was obvious to Marine and Tony that they wanted to grow their cereals without chemicals or other synthetic products, given that they will be tomorrow's feed for their poultry.
For them, organic farming is a commitment to the planet and to future generations. "Taking care of the land that feeds us and sharing it with you is a matter of course for us".
All year round, every Friday between 4 pm and 7 pm.
