Les Ô d'Annecy is one of the most exclusive addresses around Lake Annecy. Nestling in 5,000 square metres of parkland, this over one hundred year old property welcomes you to a cocoon of peace and tranquillity away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. All the spacious rooms face the lake, and most have a balcony or terrace. A spa with jacuzzi and swimming pool awaits you, with uninterrupted views over the lake.
Perched in the trees, garden furniture invites you to relax or read in the shade of our hundred-year-old pines.
Perhaps you'd prefer a hammock between two trees for a moment of relaxation, or the tranquillity of our terraces to admire the incredible view of the lake or mountains.
In the evening, a large lounge awaits you. By the fireplace, with a book in hand, you can enjoy the sunset over the surrounding peaks.
After a long, quiet night, come and enjoy our magnificent breakfast buffet in our spacious dining room or on our terrace facing the lake.

Sustainable tourism

Nestling on the edge of the Bauges Regional Park opposite Lake Annecy, Les Ô d'Annecy enjoys an exceptional environment.
At Les Ô d'Annecy, we favour short supply chains as much as possible. The French linen sheets come from French manufacturers and are certified. The sheets are air-dried, limiting the use of energy-guzzling tumble dryers. Duvet covers, pillows and bedding are made in France.
For the rare purchases on the internet, we prefer French or European platforms.
For example, we have installed a state-of-the-art pellet-fired boiler and our swimming pool is the only one heated with wood around the lake.
Waste is sorted and recycled. We produce our own compost for the park and avoid the use of chemicals. All the lighting is LEDS. Showers and taps are all fitted with water-saving devices.
Finally, we produce some of our own electricity thanks to our photovoltaic power plant.
