When you arrive at the Les Florimontains center, you'll be offered a range of themed workshops every week: it's up to you to choose the ones you like best!
You'll draw up your own program together. The number of themed sessions depends on your expectations. The following indications may therefore change from one week to the next.
→ WORKSHOP "LES FLOS AUX FOURNEAUX!" [COOKING & PASTRY]:
We invite you on a culinary journey... Eating better, educating your taste, making you aware of the origin of products, their choice, their seasonality, balancing your diet and discovering new flavors: these are the challenges of this workshop.
Equipped to respect hygienic conditions, you'll learn the rudiments of cooking techniques and how to handle tools without injuring yourself.
You'll make delicious recipes, both sweet and savoury, and take home your "Flos recipe book".
Cooking is an activity rich in exchanges and learning: it encourages listening, concentration and the ability to act on one's own, and develops the pleasure of sharing and savoring what one has just prepared.
You'll also discover the different trades involved from field to plate.
