Description

Production de safran bio au sein du Parc Naturel Régional des Volcans d'Auvergne. Production de confitures safranées avec les fruits du jardin (ou issus de cueillettes), de miel, de meringues, de moutardes, de sel, de sirop et de vinaigre au safran. de bière au safran, Préparation pour thé.
