The Chef has taken classic dishes from French cuisine and combined them with flavours and products he has discovered on his travels across the globe.

Menus can be adapted to suit specific diets.

Sustainable tourism

Holder of the ‘Écotable’ certification since 2023, Maison Nô works alongside us to achieve more responsible tourism.

Maison Nô’s commitment begins with ingredient sourcing and goes all the way to the plate, via the kitchens. Its menu includes fresh, seasonal and local produce (often organic), low-environmental-impact meat, vegetarian dishes and absolutely no endangered fish species.

Ouverture

From 01/01 to 31/12, every Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
