On Saturday evenings, over open flames, the cuisine takes on a whole new taste! Once a week, the rotisserie is in the spotlight with flame-roasted beef rib and farm-raised rotisserie chicken or game when in season are accompanied by a traditional Savoyard dishes like the Crozets gratin... the whole experience is a feast for the eyes and the palate!
