Le Restaurant Traditionnel, located in the heart of Les Fermes de Marie main chalet, proposes a fresh mountain cuisine for every season, with locally sourced ingredients, and an authentic and refined menu… and not to mention the extraordinary dessert buffet! On Saturday evenings, over open flames, the cuisine takes on a whole new taste! Once a week, the rotisserie is in the spotlight with flame-roasted beef rib and farm-raised rotisserie chicken or game when in season are accompanied by a traditional Savoyard dishes like the Crozets gratin... the whole experience is a feast for the eyes and the palate! For lighter cuisine lovers, Le Restaurant Traditionnel also offers dishes that focus more particularly on balance, energy and form.
