A gastronomic restaurant with lunch and dinner formulas for tasty meals in a breathtaking environment. A bistronomic restaurant for your lunches on the terrace in summer on the shores of Lake Annecy. All products are carefully selected by our Chef who has the rare privilege of cooking fish from Lake Annecy. In the vaulted bar, cocktails are served in a cosy atmosphere indoors or on our terrace "feet in the water".
In addition to the food and the setting, the quality of service is impeccable and friendly.
Everything at the Abbey invites you to experience a privileged moment in a setting that combines heritage and modernity in the heart of a preserved natural setting: the renovated restaurants, the 200m² SPA, the terraces between the lake and the mountains, the unique character of the place. The Abbaye de Talloires is a must-see.

Sustainable tourism

In the kitchen: the chef favours short circuits, he selects local producers for you and works with fish and crayfish from Lake Annecy which accompany his vegetable garden harvest. (The advantage: delivery directly to the Abbey's private pontoon)
In the rooms: a reversible air conditioning system using a heat pump has improved the energy performance of the Abbey since 2019, guaranteeing the best possible comfort for our guests in the 37 rooms and suites offering an exceptional view of the lake and mountains.
In the car park: two Tesla charging points to recharge electric vehicles for a meal or a night at the Abbey. Here we welcome you with passion and commitment. Aiming for excellence and respecting the nature that surrounds us.
The Abbey of Talloires has been awarded the "green key" and "bicycle reception" labels.

Closed Mondays and Tuesdays in low season.
Open 7/7 in July and August.
